Greek-Style Lamb

Serves 4

Preparation:
15 minutes

Cooking:
25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Approximately 600g lamb steaks trimmed of visible fat
  • Approximately 1 cup of tzatziki

Method

  1. Use a meat mallet to flatten the lamb steaks.
  2. Cook the lamb under the griller.
  3. Serve the lamb using the tzatziki as a sauce.

Tip

Don't feel like making the tzatziki? Buy a tzatziki dip or use plain yoghurt.
